Business matters : You work as an IT desk help technician. You are responsible for these tickets from colleagues in your company. Read the tickets. What are the problem.

Speaking : 

  • Work in pairs. Role play the conversation about the problems.
  • Student A is the help desk technician and student B is the collage.
Role Play :    Dina as a collage 
                      Ihsan as a help desk technician 

Dina     :    "Excuse me, good afternoon sir !" 

Ihsan    :    "Yes maam, good afternoon too. How may I help you ?"

Dina     :    "My computer is broken. Can you help me ?"

Ihsan    :    "What's going on ?"

Dina     :    "I update my computer and the power went out when it was updating. Now it's keeps 

                  saying to restart my computer to finish the update."

Ihsan    :    "And then ?"

Dina     :    "Every time I do it, it's just keeps popping up with

                   the same messages."

Ihsan    :    "I think I can fix it. We have to repeat this prosses a few times until we see the

                   'Automatic Repair ' screen. And then select 'troubleshoot' and 'refresh your PC'."

Dina     :    "Really? That's awesome ! Thanks you sir !"

Ihsan    :    "You're welcome maam!
